Barberry Jelly

Barberry is an evergreen shrub not naturally native to the United States. Brought in from Asia and now is spread widely throughout the country. Very nutritious and high in vitamin C. Berries last all year round until eaten by wildlife. Very thorny plants, this sucker made me work for it. A very tart and sweet taste reminiscent of tart cherries. Our barberry jelly is handmade with simple ingredients. Available in 4 ounce jars.
