Ground Spruce Bark

Adirondack is a mowhawken word to describe the Algonquin peoples, which translates to bark eater. Referring to the tribes use during long winters. Also used heavily by Scandinavians. This is made using the inner bark of spruces called the cambriam. Finely ground comparable to a flour like consistency.
