Elderberry has been used in a therapeutic sense for millenia. Great for immune system due to high amounts of vitamin C. This is made from a variety of fruits and plants. Also contains great hylicanth, juniperberry and Japanese hibiscus. Jelly comes in a 4 ounce jar.
